Arc – Paper Breadcrumbs

Paper Breadcrumbs is creating a brand new dance performance piece choreographed by Saiba Anand from the music composition ARC by Simon Beyer. Consisting of eight pieces of instrumental music, this song cycle journeys across time from before things begin to after they end.

Arc is a cycle of instrumentals following the path of creation, from inception to beginnings, growth to peak, decline and finally to return, to complete the Arc.

Arc is composed by Simon Beyer. He has written songs, composed music and been sound designer for a number of London theatrical productions including Off-Fest Nominated The Werewolf of Washington Heights, Cockpit Theatre (Slackline Productions), The Tempest, Brockley Jack Studio (Ant Theatre Company), When The Lilac Blooms, My Love, Leicester Square Theatre West End (Alex Von Saxe Productions), the critically-acclaimed production of The Box at The White Bear Theatre, and more. His Musical My Fifteen Minutes premiered at the New Wimbledon Studio, part of the Ambassador Group of theatres. His work as Sound Designer garnered an Offie Award Win for Sound and Music for Polka Theatre’s production of Romeo and Juliet.

Choreographer: Saiba Anand

Saiba Anand is a young dancer, choreographer, and performer in London working in numerous commercial and classical styles to share her expression, vision, and ideas.

Born in Canada, Saiba trained since the age of 3 in a competition studio with RAD, while also intermittently training with the National Ballet of Canada, later joining Kode Red, a performance company in Toronto, for their second season after graduating in addition to choreographing and dancing for the University of Toronto dance team. She has recently performed in “Studio6” by Studio North, InMovement’s Company Performance (Greenwich Theatre), HowQueer? (Penge Theatre), and The Bridgerton Experience: A Queen’s Ball (Netflix/Shondaland), in addition to teaching Heels, Lyrical, Contemporary, and Commercial classes in London.

Dancer: Mikayla Sinnott

Mikayla Sinnott is a dancer and creative artist based in London. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Mikayla trained with multiple competition studios in styles ranging from contemporary to hip hop. She studied modern and ballet through the Arts Unionville High School dance program and graduated as dance valedictorian with the modern dance award.

While completing her undergraduate degree in Public Health, Mikayla competed with the University of Waterloo dance team, receiving multiple first place awards for her co-choreographed trios and top ten awards for her individually choreographed group number. Beyond competing, Mikayla starred in national commercials for Osmows, Marshalls, and Crest and has performed at Carnival LA, Solar Fusion Showcase, Redbull Dance Your Style Toronto, and in half-time performances for the CCYAA Celebrity Classics. Mikayla has also trained in professional dance companies under Zhané Samuels, Ricky Jinks, Tiana Shern, Jac Valiquette, and Jennifer Archibald.

Dancer Esme Tung

Esmé Tung is a London-based movement artist whose practice sits between contemporary and commercial dance. Working through both freestyle and choreography, she uses movement as a process of exploration, experimentation, and self-expression.

Since relocating to London in 2020, Esmé has developed her practice through a range of training and performance experiences across stage and screen. Alongside this, she continues to deepen her personal development within spaces including Company Jinks and Y.O.U. Programme. Her practice is shaped by an ongoing interest in how different movement styles can intersect, inform one another, and create new possibilities for expression.

Dancer: Divya Nebel

Divya is a multidisciplinary performer and creative dedicated to building a career in the performing arts, with a practice spanning dance and choreography, physical theatre, and text-based performance. These avenues have been explored around the world training in Hong Kong, India, Germany and now the UK.

At the heart of Divya’s work is a deep commitment to honouring and celebrating her Indian heritage. She is passionate about blending traditional and contemporary perspectives, creating work that bridges cultures and disciplines through mediums including music and concept videos, live performance, and teaching.A recent career highlight includes choreographing for emerging artist Bombay Mami’s music video, Gulabi Mantra, where she fused semi-classical Indian dance with commercial styles to create a distinctive visual language. As she continues to evolve as an artist, Divya remains committed to pushing creative boundaries, developing her unique movement vocabulary, and inspiring others through innovative performance and education. Alongside her creative practice, she also shares her choreographic work through teaching at Pineapple Dance Studios.
